Job Description:

• Review and maintain business relationship with local & overseas customers and business partners
• Develop new business opportunities, achieve aggressive sales targets
• Handle daily sales operations with customers and collaborate with company operation team for order processing & trouble shooting
• Provide customer pre-sales & after sales services to achieve high level of customers satisfaction & improve the service quality
• Develop strategic plans for further growth in business of logistics
• Cooperate with management and other divisions
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in BA or marketing or related disciplines
• At lease 3 years working experience in handling sales operation 
• Having experience in logistics field will be an advantage
• Able to prepare reports as agreed with customers 
• Able to act as a good team player to execute the operation among multiple divisions
• Good command of written and spoken English. Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal relationship and presentation skills
• Proficient in computer knowledge, such as MS Word, Excel and powerpoint
• Able to tackle problematic area & enhance service quality
• Numeric analysis ability
• Occasional travel to China is requested
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
