Requirements: 

• F.5 above or other diploma
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin required
• Familiar with Tradelink, MS OFFICE operation , FEDEX / DHL system...etc
• Well-organized, numerical sensitive and good communication skill
• 1 year shipping experience in manufactory background is preferred
• Immediate Available is highly preferred

Duties as follows:

• Responsible for full set of Import & Export shipping documents including L/C, licensing and form A
• Coordinate with factories, customers and forwarder agents logistics for Import, Export/Local delivery
• I/E declaration using tradelink system
• Issue invoice and packing list and ensure the accuracy
• Perform general receptionist duties, handle phone call, reply e-mail and clerical support duties
• Prepare sample development and arrange courier services
