Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide sales and administrative support
- To liaison with vendors, prepare quotations, sales report, and all other documents
- To administer sales orders and procedures
- To perform daily sales activities with salesmen
- To maintenance filing system for Sales Department
- To handle enquiries from call-in customers to facilitate the related sales service support
- ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.6 or Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Services
- knowledge of IT Products is an advantage
