Job Description
Our client is one of the well-established top-tier marine cargo insurance group in Hong Kong. Their business operation in more than 450 cities, and is continuously expanding its top class business globally. Ranked Fortune 500, with a diversified portfolio of businesses and they are now looking for an Claims Assistant, Property & Casualty(General Insurance/Fortune 500 International GI Group) to join their expanding team of general insurance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general clerical support in claims processing (filing,data entry and scanning etc)
- Examines the claims documents for completeness of information and requirements
- Handle claims inquiries from corporate clients, direct settlement cases preparation
- Handle claims statistics and management reports in Property & Casualty
- Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary educational Background, Diploma holder or equivalence
- 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty claims processing is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, willingness to learn attitude
- Work independently and under pressure
- Good command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
