Job Description

• Organise sample registration process, sampling and logistic of testing sample
• Arrange courier delivery service and sample pick up service
• Input correct test items under the test code system for in-coming applications
• Support the laboratory works under instruction of team leader.
• Assist the Manager to prepare statistic reports on test applications
• Prepare daily sample and testing statistics and data input
• Assist in sample homogenization according to standard procedure
• Housekeeping of Sample Reception and Lab areas

Requirements

• Certificate/ Diploma or above, food science background would be preferred
• 1-2 years relevant experience in food industry would be preferred, fresh graduated is also welcomed.   
• Excellent telephone manner and pleasant personality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Chinese word processing
• Fast typing skill
• Pleasant, well-organized, responsible, independently, initiative, able to work under pressure
• Immediate available would be preferred
