Exciting Sales Manager position from one of the largest pharma firms, responsible for driving sales growth

Your new company
You will be working for a global pharmaceutical company with a highly respected reputation across the Asia Pacific region. To continue their success and expansion in the global market, they are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the pharmaceutical field to lead their sales team in Hong Kong.

Your new role
You will be fully responsible for driving and overseeing the sales activities for the assigned products. You will manage a team of 4-5 motivated individuals and help develop this team in order to fulfill their full potential. You will also develop various new sales strategies with a primary focus in key account management and identifying any new potential clients to facilitate the growth of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a degree qualification in life sciences or any related discipline with at least 5 years experience in people management within the healthcare sector (Candidates with experience in consumer healthcare products are highly preferred but not essential). You will also need excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is also a must for this position.
