The Job  

• Execute experiment and lab task assigned, which includes tissue cryosectioning, immunohistology staining and imaging, cell culture, etc.
• Collect raw data from experiments and organize into presentable format
• Travel within Hong Kong for sample delivery and to Shenzhen for doing experiments when necessary
• Daily laboratory duties, including lab consumable ordering, instrument maintenance, etc.  
• Other duties assigned by management

The Person  

• Bachelor Degree or above in life sciences or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of lab experience which covers basic molecular biology, cell culture, histology, and/or animal experiment
• Experience of in cryosectioning, immunohistochemical staining, fluorescence staining and imaging is an asset
• Good interpersonal and communications skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
• Good team player, responsible, willing to learn and adaptive
• Candidates with M.Phil/  more experience will be considered as Senior Research Technician
• Immediately available is preferable
