RESET is seeking a Consultant to work within our consulting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects and developing solutions for a diverse range of clients across Asia, the United States and Europe.

In this role, you will:

• Support the team in implementing projects, particularly through research, data analysis, report writing, presentation writing and proposal writing on a wide range of environmental sustainability issues.
• Work closely with team members on multiple projects to ensure effective, on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Support RESET in knowledge management, development of tools and methodologies to enable improved project execution and effective business development.
• Liaise with clients and manage client relationships and consultancy projects in HK and overseas.
• Report to Project Leader on project progress, milestones achievement, financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Produce reports and PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate research findings, explain technical issues in a transparent and easy to understand language and make a compelling business case and recommendations for changing practices.

We are looking for an individual with the following qualities:

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a consultative manner with a track record of delivering practical solutions to clients on sustainability improvements in their business.
• Passionate about solving environmental problems with strong analytical capability and knowledge in corporate sustainability and trends at local and globel levels.
• Exceptional research, writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong presentations skills, with the ability to present information with confidence to various stakeholders.
• High degree of fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
• Project management experience in a related field and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Be a degree holder in relevant discipline (e.g. environmental science, engineering, building services or economics), preferably with a MSc, MA or MEng.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Advantageous

• Experience in carbon accounting and technical knowledge of GHG Protocol, GRI Standards and/or ISO 14064 would be advantageous.
• 5-6 years of work experience in a related field may be considered for the position of Senior Consultant.
• Proficiency in Excel VBA and/or environmental inventory management software.
