Job Descriptions:

• Processing sales and purchase orders and shipping documentation
• Liaise with customers, vendors and internal departments on sales and purchases orders processing
• Handle inventory records and stock preparation for orders
• Data entry, validation, maintain reports update and maintain a systematic and effective filing system
• Coordinate with vendors for samples and production requirements
• Perform office duties and general administration work, including handling incoming call, courier/mail arrangement, greeting guests, procurement of office supplies, coordinate office maintenance & repairing
• Support other duties and ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 year solid working experience related to sales operation in trading or manufacturing industry is preferable
• 3 years or more solid working experience related to sales operation will be considered as Sales and Administration Officer
• Hands on experience in handling full set of shipping documents, L/C, I/E, banking documents
• Proficient in PC operations, include MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese WP
• Strong analysis, communication and presentation skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a must
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
