Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to Department Manager
• Ensure the compliance of SOPs to ensure product quality
• Assist Department Manager in maintenance of the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System and other systems
• Monitor KPI, collect data and conduct data analysis to managers
• Write SOP and version updated
• Assist to monitor incidents and customer complaints
• Assist to monitor and update the approved supplier list
• Assist to arrange internal & external training program
• Responsible for warehouse equipment control system and ensure all measuring equipment are properly calibrated
• Identify quality problem areas and give solutions
• Implement 7S Management and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Department Manager
• Ensure that the job records are properly and completely filled in
• Carry out in-process quality control on consumer goods packaging activities according to the prescribed guidelines

Job Requirements

• F.6 or above
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
• 1 year relevant post-qualification working experience;
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidate without experience will also be considered
• Hardworking, willing to learn and work as a team player
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working Location: Kwai Chung
