• Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support across Sales Team and Order Management Team
• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures
• Perform daily checking and monitoring of contract's shipments
• File properly and maintain necessary documents
• Prepare billings/invoices (including forwarder invoices, customer's L/C documents) and necessary supporting documents for processing
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Order Management) to gather and verify information

• Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, with more experience may be considered as senior level post.
• Basic knowledge of machinery sales' shipment from Overseas to China.
• Working knowledge on full set of L/C document, logistic documents (Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, Insurance, Incoterm, bank guarantee).
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint), skill in Chinese input.
• Fluent in local language and ideally in English and Mandarin (Traditional & Simplified Chinese), both written and spoken
