Shipping Clerk (Perfume & Cosmetic)

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• At least 1 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in PC knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, Chinese input, Tradelink )
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Responsible, well-organized, and able to handle multi-tasks
• Candidates with no experiences will be considered as trainee

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shipment and order follow up
•  Handle I/E shipping documents independently
•  Liaise and coordinate internally and externally on shipping / local transportation
•  Familiar with Tradelink operation / custom declaration
•  Prepare daily report & data entry
•  Maintain accurate data records in system / database
•  Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required
