Our client, one of Japan trading company is seeking the following position:-

Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• To issue purchase order, order processing and general shipping, I/E document
• To communicate with factory, suppliers and overseas customers
• Responsible for daily communications with buyers & Vendors, product development, sample & bulk follow up

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Min.3 years shipping experience in trading company
• Advanced computer skills including Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Emailing
• Detail minded, team player, hard-working and can work independently
• Able to work with overseas buyers, factories and material supplier independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• 5 days work with 13 monthly salary + yearend bonus
