Working Location in Kwun Tong and Fanling

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with both external and internal parties to ensure customer requests/ orders are fulfilled (picking, delivery, return and document record)
• Responsible for inventory and warehouse management: inventory and warehouse capacity analysis, inventory internal control, demand forecast and future planning
• Develop the most appropriate strategies to warehouse, inventory, stock replenishment, local delivery and transportation and to achieve greater efficiency and improvement in operation
• Assist warehouse to monitor/ supervise the work task in warehouse
• Prepare monthly report on stock and warehouse operation analysis
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ University graduate in supply chain/ logistics
• At least 3 years working experience in logistics & stock planning
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and work under pressure
• Well organized, independent and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
• Candidate with more related experience will be considered as Logistic & Operations Manager
