Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Operation team with regards to promotional items and services.
• Responsible for issuing various weekly/monthly reports related to sales target/analysis and promotional plans etc.
• Monitor treatment schedule and follow up with various parties accordingly.
• Work closely with the Management in planning, development and implementation to ensure continuous success in meeting the company’s goals and objectives.
• Assist in handling new product promotion.
• Assist in handling ad hoc projects assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years working experience in either Health & Beauty, Slimming, Spa or related industry preferred.
• Presentable, cheerful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization ability, pro-active, responsible and detail-minded.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (MUST)
• Immediate availability will be of prime consideration
