Merchandiser Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Merchandising field (Knit Fabric)
• Good knowledge of European markets and quality standards
• Experience in European buying office or Importer is preferred
• Responsible for handling sample & bulk order, administration from enquiry to delivery
• Detail-oriented, efficient, initiative and well organized.
• Able to work under pressure and proficient in using MS Office
• Good communication skill
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
• 5.5 working days with alternative Saturday off
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior post

Admin Clerk Job Duties:

Job duties:

• Assist in following up purchase order, invoice and delivery note with customers
• Communicate & follow up with sales team and transportation team to arrange delivery on timely basis
• Keep inventory record up-to-date
• Assist in report checking and prepare sales summary
• Data entry
• Provide clerical & administrative support to the Team as assigned

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 year experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook & Word & Chinese word processing
• Mature , problem-solver, positive and pleasant personality
• A good team player with positive attitude and responsible
• Immediate available is preferred
