Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation, leave administrations, MPF contributions, tax filing, medical insurance administration and other C&B-related matters in a quality and timely manner
• Ensure HR functions in compliance with HK Labour Ordinance and local regulations
• Prepare and analyze statistical reports, updates of Org Chart, and HR reports as required
• Assist in the whole process of annual salary review exercise
• Provide support in benefits programs, including but not limited to Group Medical, Group Life & Business Travel Insurance, recognition program and prepare reports as required
• Assist in handling work injury cases and claims
• Manage and maintain HRIS to ensure data accuracy and updated
• Any other ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline preferred with at least 5 years working experience in MNC is preferred
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance including work injury handling
• Regional exposure in compensation & benefits is an advantage 
• Strong business acumen with proven track record of delivering remuneration strategies and critical thinking
• Good Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and HRIS
• Good organizational skills with excellent multi-tasking ability
• Detail-minded, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior Human Resources Officer
