Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Workforce Planning
• Lead the warehouse operations, ensuring up-to-date policies, workflows and internal systems
• Manage daily operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and adequate stock control to keep costs minimal
• Management of warehouse system to increase the efficiency
• Monitor internal and external KPIs for governing operational safety and service performance

 Job Requirements

• Advance Diploma / Degree in Logistics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience gained in luxury goods industry is a definite advantage. Or any person who has worked more than 5 years in logistics / warehousing
• Knowledge in lean six sigma is a bonus
• Good team leader, result-oriented, team work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Highly numerated, logical thinking with strong negotiation tactics and hands on problem solving capabilities
• Familiar with ERP system and knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
