Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include but not limit to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development and staff relations;
• Handle monthly payroll calculations, MPF, taxation, staff records maintenance and benefit administration;
• Assist in handling annual HR projects including performance appraisal, annual salary review and ad hoc projects;
• Formulate and update HR policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with the Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance;
• Make constructive advice to Management for general HR operational matters;
• Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review.

 Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 8 years' relevant experience with at least 4 years in management/supervisory level;
• Sound knowledge in HR practices, labor ordinance & related legal regulatory; 
• Strong leadership, collaboration, prioritization and motivation skills with strong can-do attitude;
• Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
