The Role

Due to expansion, we would like to invite a high caliber, capable, energetic individuals to join our Logistics team. Directly report to the Logistics Manager in our Hong Kong office, you will provide general support to the Logistics Department, performing duties such as, and not limited to:

• Daily shipment handling and follow-ups
• Warehouse management – Making sure records are kept in the proper manners
• Work closely with external and internal transportation and distribution partners to ensure shipments are delivered according to schedule
• Ensuring all shipment, import/export and insurance related documents is kept in proper order
• Collaborate with Finance Department to handle payments
• Little to no OT; Normal Working Hours = 9am-5:30pm (Mon-Friday); 9am-12:00noon (Alternate Saturday)

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Diploma or above
• Warehouse management or inbound/outbound shipping experience preferred
• IT suave (MS Excel skills must, Tradelink experience advantageous)
• Good command of English and Mandarin                           
• Responsible, hard-working, proactive, eager to learn is ESSENTIAL
