Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operation of logistic team which not limited to data maintenance and filing
- Provide support in local delivery arrangement, order processing and inventory planning
- Handle customer queries, order follow up and coordination
- Assist in any ad hoc logistics duties / projects when necessary
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year experience in logistics field
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Customer oriented, fast in respond, able to meet tight deadline
- Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Hands on experience in Trade-Link Import/Export Declaration System is an advantage
- Immediate available
