Our Client, is the World's largest Metal and Electronics Recycler. They are the Global leader in sustained management of resources and are looking for 'Contract Admin/Sales Support Officer' for their team in Hong Kong, in Causeway Bay.

Job Duties:

• Create sales and purchase contracts
• Co-ordinate with trading, accounts, hedging and operations teams
• Contact customers to confirm bill of lading instructions and any queries when preparing contracts
• Prepare regular trading reports
• Explain terms and conditions to interested parties
• Ensure that terms and conditions of contracts are correct and that all contract parties comply with these terms
• Analyse and report any potential risks involved with specific contract terms
• Create and maintain standard contract language
• Work with company legal department where and when necessary
• Ad hoc projects on an as needed basis 

Qualifications:

• At least four years working experience in a relevant field
• Fluent in both written and oral English. Cantonese and Mandarin language skills would be a bonus
• Detail-minded with good organizational and inter-personal skills
• Meticulous, customer-oriented and able to work independently
