Responsibilities:

1)      Provide overall admin and secretarial support to client servicing team

2)      Prepare client contracts, quotations and company credentials

3)      Manage travel arrangements

4)      Co-ordinate with accounts team for invoicing and payment issues

5)      Assist in event support and ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirement:

1)      F.5 graduate or above with formal secretarial training

2)      At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably 1- 2 years as a Secretary of Director

3)      Good PC skill in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing is a must

4)      Self-disciplined and able to work under pressure with tight schedule and multiple tasks

5)      Willing to work overtime

6)      Ability to communicate well in English, Chinese and Mandarin
