Working location: Tin Shui Wai

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics or Supply Chain management or related disciplines
• 2 year work experience in logistics, exposure in customer service is preferred
• A good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Mature, well organized and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel
• Knowledge of WMS is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily in/outbound orders, prepare shipping documents
• Co-ordinate with forwarders and couriers to ensure all shipments are timely released.
• Perform I/E declaration, prepare billing, inventory report, filing and system update
• Handle enquires and provide excellent customer service to clients
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior
