~  Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
~  Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience
~  Able to handle full set of I/E, L/C (collect & open) and banking documents
~  Able to work independently, under pressure, self-motivated, responsible and stable
~  Good command of written and spoken English
~  Proficiency in PC knowledge
~  Good analytical and problem solving skill plus negotiation skills

Responsibilities:   
~  Responsible for managing the logistics, warehousing and distribution functions                 
~  Co-ordinate with all related parties for shipment scheduling and document preparation
~  Handle full set of I/E, L/C, and banking documents
~  Follow up shipments/orders with vendors/ customers and answer their correspondence independently
~  Handle ad-hoc tasks

Shipping Clerk / Officer

~  Form 5 or above
~  At least 3-4 years full set shipping experience (trading/factory experience)
~  Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
~  Able to handling full set of shipping documents include LC (collect L/C)
~  Issue invoice, packinglist
~  USA & EEC market
