Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Handle daily booking with client and communicate with overseas offices
  •  Co-ordinate with internal department for daily operation
  •  Take on tasks and projects as assigned by manager

 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE or the above
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is preferable
  • Experience in air import is an advantage

 

Job Skills and Competencies for this position

  •  Good interpersonal and communication skills in interacting with internal colleague and client
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse and freight management systems
  • Team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines when required
  • Quick learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision to support the team
  • Highly flexible and self-motivated to perform and excel
  • Good presentation, facilitation and client services skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Chinese
  • Good PC skills in MS Office
