Job Responsibilities:

•    Coordinate with client, warehouse, driver & consignees to maintain a smooth operation
•    Responsible for arranging transportation schedule
•    Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly
•    Prepare Invoices & inventory reports

Job Requirements:

•    F.5 or above , with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Fluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
•    Proficient in PC skills such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
•    Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
•    Hardworking & willing to work overtime when required

Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday), 09:00 - 13:00 (Off for alternate Saturday)
