The Roles: 

The position of Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for: 

Order Management -

• Assist with the validation of demands for replenishments, and arrange orders accordingly
• Main coordinator with ordering and sourcing countries
• Provide accurate adjustment, insight, investigate and offer optimal solutions to different parties for order fulfillment process

Stock Management -

• To assist with monthly stock reports and annual stock take for follow up actions and subsequent stock adjustments, as well as inventory accuracy
• Monitor and propose actions to minimize dead and slow moving stocks around the region
• Update, maintain and propose improvements for stock monitoring files
• Analyze daily shipping requirements and provide feedback on discrepancies 

The Requirements:

• Degree in business discipline preferable in supply chain, logistics management 
• 1 - 3 years of related working experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good inter-personal skills, attention to details, analytical mind, computer literate, able to work independently and respect deadlines
• A good team player
