Senior Flight Dispatch Officer & Flight Dispatch Supervisor depending on relevant experience  

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support the daily flight operations of the fleet and junior staffs’ work
• Pro-actively ensure all operational and safety requirements of scheduled flights are met
• Verify trip paperwork to ensure correct data input
• Maintain update aircraft data for the flight planning system
• Train junior flight operations staff
• Schedule the monthly standby roster
• Assist the Deputy Manager / Manager, Flight Dispatch on research, audits and commercial projects etc.

Job Requirements :

Education:          

• Preference will be given to those with tertiary education or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 6 years minimum flight operations experience in aviation industry, with minimum of 4.5 years in business aviation
• Preference will be given to those with supervisory experience

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Computer Literate
• Intrinsically motivated and pro-active
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge of aviation, weather, flight planning, and aviation programs
• Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule and/or irregular hours as required
