Job Description
Our clients: Renowned international logistics company
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries
- Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to overseas offices
- Ensure timely invoicing, issuance of credit notes and month-end closing
- Arrange booking with carriers and execute all pertinent shipping documents
- Managing the team in handling daily export operation and be a good team player
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 5 years solid experience in seafreight forwarder
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good knowledge in MS Office application
- Able to work under pressure & overtime
- Immediately available
