Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage full operation of import & export and inventory controls to ensure efficiency, accuracy and stock turnover
• Track order status including documents preparation, shipment status & data analysis
• Define and implement order processing & logistics KPI to ensure continuous improvement and accuracy of goods delivery
• Provide overall leadership, direction and coordination internally and externally in all matters relating to logistic and warehouse management
• Implement policy and procedure to ensure quality standards in logistic areas.
• Communicate and liaise with various overseas supply centers to secure sufficient supply of products to meet the sales forecast and marketing plan of the affiliate
• Facilitate analysis on products demands, oversee inventory level after analyzing financial and commercial implications
• Ensure the information residing in the systems is reliable and updated
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 5 years or above experience in Logistics, Supply Chain area preferably international experience
• Strong ability to manage project, capability in handling multiple tasks independently and competing priorities, meticulous
• Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, analytical and facilitation skills to deal with all levels of people
• Strong knowledge ERP systems such as Muitiable
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
