Job Scope

Responsible for providing strategic analysis on direct business activities to grow/retain customer base, increase sales and revenues, including:

• Provide reports and analysis on marketing campaigns and activities across digital and non-digital platforms
• Perform daily support of data analysis, reporting and campaign management for Hong Kong Direct Business Team
• Track marketing campaign performance and generate data analytics report for regular and ad hoc basis
• To assist back-up and support roles within Hong Kong Direct Business team

Experience & qualifications required

• Minimum 1 years of data management analytics experience
• Ability to have a systematic approach to handle task in an orderly and timeliness manner
• Ability to manage tasks independently and ensure data lists are generated on a schedule basis.
• Meticulous with numbers and have a logical and good problem-solving skills
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities when required
• Bachelor degree or above
• Excellent command in English
• Microsoft applications – words, excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Google Analytics is a plus
