Responsibilities:

• Review production process and quality policy to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and reducing quality problems
• Follow up and response complaints of product’s quality, prepare professional advice to QA Dept. subsequently.
• Manage product test plans with associated product specifications and customer requirements
• Provide recommendations on product quality standards to Research & Development (R & D) Department, analyze the test results of new products from R & D and make recommendation for improvement
• Review QC in-line and final inspection reports
• Leading and providing training to Mainland China QC staff
• Station in Shunde

Requirements:

• Degree in related subject
• At least 15 years’ experience in Quality Assurance with at least 5 years at managerial level. Experience in PRC manufacturing environments preferred
• Must be familiar with Ironware, Molding and/or Plastic related industries preferred.
• Committed, collaborative, customer focus, thoughtful and quick in rectification
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 
• Immediate available is preferred
