Job Description

職位概要:

做好公司日常行政事務工作,保證公司資訊通訊順暢,提高公司運作效率。

 

工作內容:

  1. 轉接總機電話,收發信件和快遞
  2. 接待來訪客人,並通報相關部門;
  3. 管理辦公用品,管理維修印表機、傳真機、影印機等辦公器材;
  4. 列印、複印檔和管理各種表格檔;
  5. 承辦員工考勤和外出登記;
  6. 安排會議、會議室及差旅預定;
  7. 保管各種手續、手冊;
  8. 協助組織公司活動。

 

任職資格

 

教育背景:

 

行政管理專業、中文等相關專業優先。

 

:

 

◆1年以上行政人事、文秘或相關工作經驗優先。

 

技能技巧:

 

有良好的文字表達能力,兩文三語能力(粵語英語普通話);

 

熟練使用辦公軟體、辦公自動化設備。

 

:

 

工作細緻認真,謹慎細心,熱情,積極主動;

工作效率高,責任心強,具有團隊精神;

保密意識強。
