Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct first level credit analysis for corporate counterparts by preparing concise,
• critical credit proposals
• Collaborate with DCM bankers to originate and execute DCM transactions
• Communicating with various market constituents, including investors, issuers, bankers
• and media.
• Conduct credit-related discussions, both internally and externally with customers,rating agencies etc.
• Prepare financial and cash flow forecast based on sound and justified assumptions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.  
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong credit analysis skills for corporates in Asia.  
• In depth understanding of rating agencies methodologies and its applicability
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Understanding of key financing instruments (bond, loans, equity-linked etc.)
• Fluent in mandarin and English (oral and written)
