Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monthly distributors claim file
2. Prepare the aging reports and monthly statements for customers
3. Involve in the month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
4. Assist in preparing monthly management account
5. Participate in the daily operations
6. Participate in yearend audit
7. Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor

Opening 2 – Retail business focused:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily revenue data and settlement of Hong Kong retail stores
2. Responsible for daily banking reconciliation of Hong Kong region
3. Maintain fixed assets register for Hong Kong region
4. Involve in the month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
5. Participate in the daily operations
6. Participate in yearend audit
7. Participate in gross taking audit
8. Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting and/or finance, or equivalent
• 3 - 4 years working experience in FMCG/retail business experience is highly preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Mature, self-confident, energetic and responsive
• Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadlines
• Proficient in PC operations including MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
