Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities
- Handle new daily orders
- Ensure smooth delivery schedule for open orders
- Handle inquiries from customers
- Communicate with overseas offices and suppliers
- Communicate with warehouse/Shipping dept for special/urgent delivery
- Check stock list if needed
Requirements
- F.7/ Diploma or above
- Min. 3 years working experience in customer service
- Hard-working, self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn
- A good team player
- Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge
- Immediate availability is preferred
