Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, suppliers and work closely with cross functional teams on fit development and pre-production.
• Identify risk during development and fitting stage, rectify problematic construction in relation to fabric/trims with cross functional teams. 
• Provide clear instruction and guideline to suppliers to meet brand specifications and products requirements.
• Ensure deadlines are met to support development and production calendar. 
• Able to coach/education garment technicians in construction, paper pattern alteration and fitting knowledge.
• Support in technical training and calibration to garment vendors.
• Manage Size set / Pre-production / TOP sample approval.
• Final approval on production spec, review on paper pattern, live model fitting.
• Attend Pre-Production meeting and video conferencing with overseas partners when needed. 

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in Textile/Fashion or other related discipline
• 12 years + solid experience in garment fit and construction, preferably in U.S. buying office
• Strong technical knowledge for bra construction, fitting and size grading.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Excel in computer knowledge and familiar in PLM is preferable
• Strong communication, interpersonal and cooperative skills.
• Occasional travel is required.
