Job Duties of the Area:

• Visibility and traceability among all the process of the office

• Understand in details the process of the company across different department and users

• Perform Business Process Automation Assessments

• Develop or find the IT tools that allow the office to achieve the Business Process Automation

• Implement and Support the learning curve of the IT tools used

• Enable end users to use Big Data analysis in a friendly and effective way  

Job Duties

• Main contact between the IT platforms used by the office and end users

• Interaction with different teams to collect, analyze and built business requirements that will be used in developing IT solutions for the office

• Work closely with IT service providers to align the understanding, development, implementation and support of our IT requirements

• Collaborate in all aspects of system development life cycle for all in-house system, including system analysis, system design, User Acceptance Test, implementation and support

• Prepare system documents, such as user manual, and provide training and support to end users from Mainland China and overseas

• Manage reports and dashboard for HK office & Head office on a regular basis

• Provide support and assistance in daily operation

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Managerial Statistic, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Familiar with VBA used in MS excel
• Advance knowledge in MS excel
• Able to gather, analyze user requirements for the developing of internal IT Solutions
• Able to translate business requirements into technical initiatives and communicate it with business partners
• Have a strong analytical mind
• Ability to work independently
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
