Responsibilities:

• Lead TEM project implementation and ensure the project has completed the relevant clients’ requirements
• Work with regional client and vendor offices to collect relevant telecom inventory, contractual, and invoicing information
• Assist clients to negotiate telecom service / contract with telecom vendors
• Work with development teams as appropriate if new functionality is required and coordinate software updates
• Act as a single point of escalation / contact in APAC to ensure the service delivery to clients per Service Level Agreements
• Become subject matter expert in the areas of telecom billing, pricing, contracts, inventory and expense management activities
• Analyse clients’ telecom spending especially on domestic and international mobile service to advise cost optimization strategy
• Assist Customer in User Acceptance Testing
• Track and resolve disputes with vendors
• Produce relevant reporting and respond to client queries

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business Administration or related discipline required
• Three years of relevant experience in data analysis, accounting, finance, software or telecommunication required
• Experience in telecom billing and contract management a plus.
• Proficient Excel skills required.  
• Relational database and SQL query experience preferred
• Strong communications skills required to work with customers, vendors and internal staff in Hong Kong, APAC, Europe and US
• Fluent verbal and written English and Cantonese skills required. Fluency in Mandarin or other languages a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
• Must be independent and resourceful, self-starter and quick learner
• Local candidates preferred
• Authorization to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship required
