Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, preparation of customer invoices and receipts, accounts payable and receivable duties, bank reconciliations, document filing, expense reimbursement etc.
• Handle MPF, payroll payments, insurance and TIC Levy
• Liaise with offices in Japan and provide accounting support and information to them as required
• Coordinate with accountant, external auditor and company secretary to maintain the company’s statutory records in compliance with companies ordinance
• General office administration support including office supplies procurement, office and facilities maintenance etc
• Provide other administrative and clerical support as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Diploma or above in accounting; LCCI Level 3 or above
• Fluent Cantonese and English. Comfortable communicating with an international workforce and client base.
• Good team player with pleasant, helpful and meticulous personality. 
• Good PC literacy (MS Office, Word and Excel)
• Proficiency in Japanese and a demonstrable enthusiasm for travel in Japan will be an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
