Job Description

Responsibilities

To analyze companies performance
To handle capital calls and distributions from PE funds and to prepare a Monthly Summary Report.
To review financials of JCK China’s foreign clients and also to travel to China for 3 days a month
Assist in budget & forecast and audit & tax issues
Perform ad hoc projects / assignments as required

Requirements

Qualified CPA or equivalent;
CPA firm’s experience required;
Knowledge in PRC Tax & HK Tax preferable.
Good Excel Skill ;
Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Analytical thinking skis ;
Immediately Available is highly preferable
