Responsibilities: 

• Handle daily accounting functions such as GL, AR, AP, vouchering, issuing cheques & bank reconciliation
• Handle daily reconciliation of client money deposits and withdrawal
• Assists in perform periodic financial statements and management reports
• Support and ensure the completion of the annual financial audit
• Liaise with internal/external parties on accounting and finance matters
• Support general administration functions
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 years experiences in handling full set of account is preferred
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
• Good communication skills in both Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Knowledge of PC, accounting software – Yonyou or Quickbooks, with proficiency in MS Office - Excel Spreadsheet

要求：

• 會計或相關學科文憑及以上學歷
• 在會計財務方面擁有1-2年經驗者優先
• 能夠獨立工作並且能夠在緊迫的最後期限內完成工作
• 自我激勵和強烈的責任感
• 良好的中文，普通話和英文溝通能力
• 熟悉PC，會計軟件 - Yonyou或Quickbooks，精通MS Office - Excel電子表格
