Job Duties

Report to the Team Leader, you are expected to:

• conduct business development (BD) activities at early stage
• liaise with new clients/employers and interact with proper business contacts/ decision-makers
• conduct effective candidate interviews and market research
• initiate & implement daily action plan to achieve the KPI targets
• collaborate with team members to exchange market intelligence and experience

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with not more than 3 years of full time working experience together with a minimum bachelor degree of any discipline are welcomed
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a MUST.  Knowledge of Putonghua is an additional advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, quick learner and team player
• Positive work attitude and good business sense
