Job Description

 

The Job:

To support our local office in Causeway Bay, as a Bookkeeping/Accounting clerk/Office admin, you are responsible for daily office bookkeeping, accounting activities and office administration work.  Handle daily account entry, data entry, inventory control, and office operation activities.

 

The person:

  •   Form 5 or above, 1-2 working experience
  •   Quickbooks experience preferred
  •   Experience in operating computer, data entry and web activities
  •   Manage Office PC and IT basic knowledge
  •   proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing;
  •   Problem solver, independent, proactive and work under pressure.
  •   Flexible, willing to take up other company ad- hoc activities
  •  Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accounting     Officer  /Admin officer
