Respobsbilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions for local and oversea staffs;
• Prepare all payroll documents and compute payrolls timely and accurately;
• Prepare MPF, commission, part time salary, taxation and final payment, etc;   
• Responsible for the whole recruitment process;
• Follow up new joiner and leaving staff arrangement;
• Update and prepare leave and attendance record;
• Follow up visa application and performance appraisal;
• Assist in Admin tasks if necessary; 
• Assist in any ad hoc projects and company events as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
• At least 3 years experience in HR field is a must;
• Familiar with labour law;
• Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must;
• Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and contribute as a strong team player;
• Independent, efficient, good interpersonal skill with positive attitude;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Immediate available is preferred.
