Responsibilities

• Handle clients enquiries, provide professional wedding advices
• Provide full range service to clients which include pre-wedding coordination, air tickets, hotels, wedding ceremony & banquet and all necessary logistics arrangement and post event follow-up works
• Follow up all related operations with detail-minded
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers and clients
• Assist in achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Tourism Management is an advantage
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in overseas event and wedding organizing
• Good communication, presentation and administrative skills
• Self-motivated and excel in motivating teams
• Excellent logistics arrangement and administrative skills and is able to work independently
• Well-versed in PC software skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken & written English, Putonghua and Cantonese/Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
