Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle clients enquiries, provide professional wedding advices
- Provide full range service to clients which include pre-wedding coordination, air tickets, hotels, wedding ceremony & banquet and all necessary logistics arrangement and post event follow-up works
- Follow up all related operations with detail-minded
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers and clients
- Assist in achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Tourism Management is an advantage
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in overseas event and wedding organizing
- Good communication, presentation and administrative skills
- Self-motivated and excel in motivating teams
- Excellent logistics arrangement and administrative skills and is able to work independently
- Well-versed in PC software skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of spoken & written English, Putonghua and Cantonese/Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
