Responsibilities:

• Perform full reception function in a professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, greeting visitors/guests and courier/mail arrangements
• Handle administrative duties such as ordering of stationery and printing matters
• Coordinate use of conference rooms, inventory control and maintenance of office equipment and pantry
• Assist in all administration work and data input
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments (outdoor duties are required)

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 2 years related working experience
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative, well-organize, helpful and responsible
• Communicate and coordinate with all parties concerned efficiently & effectively
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word & Excel
