Responsibilities

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Attending to enquiries, requests and follow-ups, relating to matters handled by Senior Management.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
• Booking and arranging complex travel itineraries, transport and accommodation
• Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines
• Fixing all the appointments the MD has to attend throughout the day
• Having a daily schedule prepared for the MD before he arrives in office
• Acting as a bridge between the management and employees
• Running personal errands for the MD if required
  
  

Requirement

• University or degree holder in all disciplines
• Not more than 3 years’ relevant experience in serving the senior management at sizable organization
• Be honest, trustworthy and possess cultural awareness, flexible and demonstrate sound work ethics with high integrity
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing (MUST)
• Excellent command of spoken & written English (MUST) and Cantonese
• Immediate availability will be of prime consideration
