This company is a listed multinational entertainment group with a fast-paced and dynamic culture and a rapidly expanding presence in Asia.  An opening exists for an assistant to join the licensing team in their Hong Kong office.

In this role you will support the licensing team in Asia and facilitate the efficient running of the licensing team by managing day-to-day administrative needs and resources and will support the licensing team in a variety of tasks such as updating and distributing reports and lists, tracking contracts, deal administration and sample distribution and will provide ad-hoc support on various marketing projects and assist the team to hit tight deadlines.

Requirements
 - Excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills
 - Advanced Excel user with the ability to multi-task and hit tight deadlines
 - Outgoing and energetic with a proactive attitude and willingness to take the initiative
 - Fluent written and spoken English
